Join the team that's reinventing the hiring industry.
We asked our team how they would describe our culture to a potential new member of the team and this is what they said:
“At DIGGER we enjoy a team focused, high performance culture, built on trust.
High Performance - Want to feel part of a high performance team that understands that greatness can’t be achieved alone but only by being ONE collaborative team?
Health and Welbeing - Want to be part of a business that understands that health and wellbeing is an imperative to achieve high performance?
3 day weekends - How about working a 4 day week that allows you to enjoy a 3 day weekend with every Friday offering you the flexibility you need to be rested and ready for Monday?
Work Remotely - How about being trusted by your peers and leaders to spend 50% of your week working remotely?
It’s about always looking for new ways to serve people we come in contact with. It’s about building relationships where we treat others like family. It’s about teamwork and having fun and not taking ourselves too seriously. It’s about growth, both personal and professional. It’s about achieving the impossible with fewer people. It’s about openness, taking risks, and not being afraid to make mistakes. But most of all, it’s about having faith that if we do the right thing, then in the long run we will succeed and
build something great.

Our STORY - We “DIG IT” at DIGGER – This is how our name came to be
In 2017 we set out to build a great end-to-end hiring platform, but we knew that we had to create a place that was designed to foster that greatness, first. A place where incredibly talented individuals are empowered to put their best work into the hands of millions of people with the best human experience. It will be through the ideas, talent and energy of individuals that will keep DIGGER growing in the years to come.
We also believe that Good tech by great people, will always outperform great tech backed by clowns.
Talent wins games, but teamwork wins Championships
" While people occasionally choose to push themselves to work some extra hours at times when something big is going out the door, for the most part working overtime for extended periods indicates a fundamental failure in planning or communication.
If this happens, it’s a sign that something needs to be reevaluated and corrected. We are grown-ups that value hard work and good business. This value has driven our 4-day work-week philosophy!."
What is the DIGGER Model ?
The DIGGER model is a people-driven, autonomous approach for scaling agile that emphasizes the importance of culture and network. It has helped increase innovation and productivity by focusing on autonomy, communication, accountability, and quality.
The DIGGER model offer increased transparency across the work being done and grow a more experimentation-based approach to problem solving in a high trust environment. Whether you are an engineer, designer, architect, scientist, analyst, surgeon, or a Recruiter, you need to treat your work as your craft. This goes beyond making a paycheck, achieving a milestone, or becoming famous. It is not a career move. It's about creating something you love.
This process starts by being authentically passionate about what you do - We at DIGGER believe, you need to unlearn in order to unleash and To truly be unleashed, you have to be ready to disrupt.
If you want to build insanely great products, talent is not enough. You have to see the art in your work, create your own path, assume ignorance so you can continuously learn, and most importantly persevere. The power to believe, grow, and stay true to your vision are more important than talent and skills. Be so good they can't ignore you.
"The best advice I've been given was to never stop learning. Because the moment you give up and think you know everything, you're already done as a talent specialist. You should just quit"
- Lindi Engelbrecht
