Our STORY - We “DIG IT” at DIGGER – This is how our name came to be


In 2017 we set out to build a great end-to-end hiring platform, but we knew that we had to create a place that was designed to foster that greatness, first. A place where incredibly talented individuals are empowered to put their best work into the hands of millions of people with the best human experience. It will be through the ideas, talent and energy of individuals that will keep DIGGER growing in the years to come.


We also believe that Good tech by great people, will always outperform great tech backed by clowns.

This goes beyond making a paycheck, achieving a milestone, or becoming famous. It is not a career move. It's about creating something you love. 

This process starts by being authentically passionate about what you do - We at DIGGER believe, you need to unlearn in order to unleash and To truly be unleashed, you have to be ready to disrupt.

If you want to build insanely great products, talent is not enough. You have to see the art in your work, create your own path, assume ignorance so you can continuously learn, and most importantly persevere.
