DIGGER welcomes another new key hire !

We have always been firm believers in only hiring the best here at DIGGER, so we are especially pleased to welcome this key hire, as we enter our hypergrowth period.

Joining as Lead Talent Advisor, Tiana Murray brings over 10 years’ recruitment experience across a variety of sectors including health & Finance, and technology - 8 years of this were at leadership level.


She joined DIGGER having previously been responsible for a high-performing division of over Multiple consultants, delivering over R 5 million Perm GM per year, and over 40% of the business' overall GM – and has experience of setting up new business functions and scaling teams from scratch, plus extensive Talent management experience.

Tiana, is fully versed in the challenges of scaling a new business area – with experience of taking new divisions from infancy to being number one supplier, in short periods.

A true consultant, Tiana has built an outstanding reputation for taking the time to understand a Professional's Career Aspirations and Progression, in order to provide the correct career opportunity and deliver on agreed outcomes.


Tiana has previously worked for a start-up recruitment firm, which ultimately scaled to, R 5 million revenue and R 2.3 million EBITDA. In short, she has been there and done that, and with this experience brings massive learnings to help both scale the ‘DIGGER Ship’ as well as understanding our community’s pain points through their own growth journeys.

As your job search buddy, your Talent Advisor can:

  • Help you polish your profile so that it accurately and clearly showcases your skills to hiring companies

  • Share industry data to help you set accurate salary expectations – and negotiate for a competitive salary

  • Interview coaching, including preparation, mock interviews, and debriefs, to help you successfully navigate the interview process

  • Relocation assistance

  • Coach you through difficult situations, such as resignations, choosing between two or more different offers, and salary negotiations

  • Cheering you on along every step of the way!


Who gets a Talent Advisor?

Every Finance and Audit Community Member accepted to the DIGGER platform is assigned a Talent Advisor.

How much do Talent Advisors cost?

Talent Advisors are a free service for Finance and Audit who have been accepted on DIGGER.


In such a relatively short period, She is already making a massive impact in the office, with the team keen to learn from her experience and are very much seen as a mentor to those who are much earlier in their recruitment careers.
